I’ve had the privilege of working with professionals at every stage of their careers. From graduates looking to break into the life sciences field, to mid-career professionals seeking to level-up or transition into new roles, I’ve guided them every step of the way.

With over 200 CVs reviewed, 30+ professionals mentored, and 20+ successful career transitions, I understand the challenges people face in today’s highly competitive job market. I’ve personally helped countless people build their careers from scratch, land their first roles in pharma, and secure promotions.
