A one-to-one session designed to help you overcome specific challenges, from interview preparation to negotiating an offer, or mapping your next internal move. Each call includes a short pre-session questionnaire so I can tailor the discussion to your goals.
Cancellation Policy
At CareerXL Ltd, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair scheduling and respect for all clients, the following policy applies to all paid sessions (including coaching, CV writing consultations, and bundled sessions): Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: no charge; full refund or reschedule available. Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the session: 25% of the session fee will be charged to cover reserved time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or in case of a no-show: 50% of the session fee will be charged. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days. If you need to reschedule, please do so through your booking confirmation link or by contacting us at info@careerxl.co.uk as early as possible. By completing a paid booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
